Registration does not include lodging or airfare. For the best experience and pricing, be sure to book at the host hotel.

I’m only coming for a day can I purchase one-day or trade show-only passes?

No. Only all-inclusive three-day passes are available.

What is the cancellation policy?

If, due to extenuating circumstances, you are unable to attend the event and wish to cancel your registration, notify us in writing at info@rrconference.com. Refunds will be issued according to the following schedule:

  • Cancellations made by August 14, 2024, will receive a full refund, less a $50 cancellation fee.

  • Cancellations made by August 28, 2024, will receive a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made by September 4, 2024, will receive a 25% refund.

  • Cancellations made after September 4, 2024, are not eligible for a refund.

No refunds are provided for sponsorship or exhibition space cancellations.

I have special accessibility needs/dietary requirements can you accommodate me?

We will do our best to accommodate you! Note that you can indicate dietary restrictions during the registration process. Contact us at info@rrconference.com any time to inquire about special needs.

Where can I find information about the event agenda and schedule?

Details on the conference schedule and session descriptions will be made available here as soon as they are ready.

What parking arrangements are available at the venue?

On-site parking is available at the Louisville Marriott Downtown. Guests may choose from valet or self-parking. Self-parking is $40 daily. Valet parking is $45 daily.

Where do I go to check in?

Badge pickup, registration and our information desk are located on site at the Louisville Marriott Downtown.

Where do I go to register on site?

If we have not sold out, come find us at the registration desk in the to register.

Where is the conference event I’m trying to get to?

What happens if I lose my name badge?

Attendees are required to wear their name badge at all times when in the event space. It is your entry to sessions, the exhibit hall, meals and the networking receptions. We charge $250 for a reprinted badge.

Where can I see who else will be attending the conference?

You can find a full list of attendees in the conference app (instructions for accessing the app coming soon). You will also receive an attendee list via email approximately two weeks before the conference begins.

I’m looking for a specific exhibitor. Where can I find a map of the exhibit hall?

You can find a listing of all exhibitors and where their booth is located in the conference app (instructions for accessing the app coming soon). We will also publish an interactive map two weeks before the conference begins.
